Shipping policy

We will do our best to ship orders out as soon as possible, with date of shipment depending on carrier pickup and business hours.   

Some products drop-ship from our supplier, such as large step-and-repeat backdrops and custom merchandise.  Should your order contain a specialty item, we will be in touch when the order is placed to confirm details and discuss timeframes.

If you are a Regional Director, we strongly suggest contacting the team to work through your season and estimate the amount of materials you typically need throughout the year for your event schedule.
